Pre-Pro Hero’s beta is operated by Dave at Wavelength Films. This notice covers the beta signup website and links to the browser app.

Your beta account

We store your username, email address, a one-way password hash, and account creation time to operate your beta account. We never store your readable password. We email a welcome, verification link, and requested password resets. Dave receives a notification with your username and email when you sign up. Signing up does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your projects

Projects and images save on our GoDaddy server in your private account. Other beta members cannot access them. Dave, the owner, can open and edit projects to provide support; this access is logged. New accounts start empty. Export projects to keep a separate backup. Previous browser-only projects stay on their original device until deliberately imported.

Cookies and hosting

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. Our GoDaddy hosting processes the information needed to serve the site and deliver account emails. Short-lived security counters use hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. This page uses Google Fonts; your browser may connect to Google to load them. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers.

Questions or deletion

To request deletion of your beta account or ask about your information, email dave@wavelengthfilms.com. Account information is kept while your beta account is active or until you request deletion. Security counters are removed after seven days. Deletion requests cover your account and server-stored projects. Copies previously exported or stored in a browser remain on those devices.
